Privat24 is a convenient and modern system for real-time remote account management. Privat24 allows the client to check the account, settle payments with customers and business partners, receive information on current exchange rates and many more. The system saves your time on visiting the bank. 

Using Privat24 the client can: 

• check the account and receive account statements;
• view payment history and search the archive for executed orders;
• pay bills and execute transfers at lower fees;
• receive information on the status of the sent orders;
• create and simultaneously send several payment orders to the bank;
• receive information on current exchange rates and convert currencies;
• select one of the 6 working languages – Russian, Latvian, English, Italian, Portuguese, or German;
• use Privat Direct service that enables immediate money transfers to another account in AS "PrivatBank";
• receive news on new services and products of AS "PrivatBank";
• receive confirmations of executed payment orders (SWIFT);
• provide access to additional users.

Access to Privat24 is protected with the login password. In order to authorize all orders in Privat24 (depending on the operation limits set by the bank) the client may choose: 

• digital signature password (up to EUR 2,000 per transaction),
• code card (up to EUR 20,000 per transaction),
• Digipass device (no limit per transaction),
• SMS password.

How to Get Connected? 

You can receive Privat24 access parameters when opening an account or by applying for them at a branch of the bank.

In order to manage your account via Privat24, you need a computer with Internet connection and browsers.
