For cards issued before 10 April 2007.

"EXPRESS" payment card (hereinafter referred to as Card) - AS "PrivatBank" payment card VISA Electron with the granted non-revolving credit line.
The Card is issued solely to private individuals - residents of Latvia. The Card is issued upon submission of application for issuance of Card to the Bank.

Receipt of credit

The Bank takes decision about granting a credit line in the amount from LVL 100 to LVL 2000 for a term of 2 (two) years within 1 (one) Bank working day after the submission of the required documents to the Bank.
It is necessary to submit the following documents to the Bank, attesting the origin of income, as a guarantee for granting a credit:

• Statement from the employer about the amount of salary before and after payment of taxes over the last 3 (three) months;
• Statement from the State Social Security Agency (VSAA) about the mandatory security contributions over the last 4 (four) months;
• Statement from the State Social Security Agency (VSAA) about the amount of pension;
• Statement from the State Revenue Service (VID) about the receipt of regular income. The income type, the monthly income amount and the date of receipt of monthly income are to be indicated in the statement.
• Other document, attesting the regular income (e.g. Agreement of Lease/ Rental Agreement). *

Those Customers, whose income as of the date of submission of the application have been tranferred to the account with the Bank at least during 6 (six) months in sucession, are not obliged to submit the documents attesting the income to the Bank .

Credit repayment

Credit repayment is performed monthly by every 15th of the month.
The total amount of the granted credit line is devided proportionally by the number of the months, for which the credit line has been granted. Thus the minimum amout is defined, that has to be paid back to the Bank after granting of credit line. On the 15th of the month the amount of credit line is decreased for the minimum amount.
The credit may be repaid ahead of term, informing the Bank about it in written.

Other conditions

The Bank`s Fees and General Regulations on Transactions are applicable in addition to the "EXPRESS" payment card desription, unless determined otherwise by present regulations. Tarifs and Gerenal Regulations on Transactions are available at the Bank`s presmises, as well as on the Bank`s home page in the Internet - www.privatbank.lv.
