Aleksandar Kukic

Aleksandar Kukic

Aleksandar Kukic graduated from South Bank University, London, with Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1996. In 1999, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Shipping, Trade and Finance at Cass Business School (formerly City University Business School), London.
Aleksandar began his career in 1999 as a credit risk analyst with Lazard Brothers, London. From 2001 to 2004, he worked at ING, London, in the capacity of a credit risk manager.
In 2004, Aleksandar joined JPMorgan, London, where he specialized in credit risk management of financial institutions and corporates in Emerging Markets. He finished his career at JPMorgan in the position of the Executive Director and senior credit officer.

In April 2016, Aleksandar was invited to take the post of Chairman of the Board at AS PrivatBank in Latvia.

Inga Rumba

Inga Rumba

Inga Rumba began her career in the banking sector in the capacity of the chief legal officer. Since October 2014, she runs the Legal Department of AS PrivatBank. She has more than twenty years of experience in law. Inga Rumba has graduated from the University of Latvia Faculty of Law, and obtained a Master’s degree in law. She is constantly improving her qualifications, has a good command of four languages.

In December 2015, Inga Rumba was elected a member of board of AS PrivatBank.

Robert Christian Schoepf

Robert Schoepf has obtained higher education; he graduated from the Institute for Finance and Banking in Munich in 1986 (Bankkaufmann IHK).He has extensive international experience.
He started his professional career with Deutsche Bank AG (Munich) as an auditor. Later he joined Deutsche Bank`s Head Office in Frankfurt and for several years he was heading national and international audit teams for branches and daughter companies of Deutsche Bank.
In 1998 and 1999, Robert served as the head of Audit and Consultancy Department of Deutsche Bank OOO, Moscow.
As Vice President and in the function of a Chief Country Officer, he was from 2000 to 2008 responsible for Deutsche Bank AG’s business in a number of countries of Central Asia. He was also in charge of representative offices in this part of the world.
Since 2009, he continued his career with Commerzbank AG in the position of a senior manager for cooperation with financial institutions in Russia, CIS countries, Mongolia, and the Baltic countries.
He was the senior representative of Commerzbank AG in the Baltic countries since 2013.

R. Schoepf joined the team of AS PrivatBank as the member of the board in August 2016.

Una Jansone

Una Jansone began her career in the banking sector in 2000 in the capacity of an accountant with AS Swedbank. She joined the team of AS PrivatBank in May 2006 as the chief accountant. Apart from management of Accounting Department her responsibilities also include supervision of accountancy of the Bank subsidiaries.
Una Jansone obtained a Bachelor`s degree in business administration at Turība School of Business Administration in 1999; in 2002 she took her Master`s degree.

In February 2016, Una Jansone was elected a member of board of AS PrivatBank.

Kristīna Matvejeva

Kristina Matvejeva obtained higher education in business administration at Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration: Bachelor’s degree in 2003 and Master’s degree in 2008.
K. Matvejeva has extensive experience in banking sector since 2003, and since 2008 – in managerial positions in the area of prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.
Continuously improving her knowledge, K. Matvejeva received the International Compliance Association certificate in 2012, and at the beginning of 2014 –ACAMS (The Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) certificate. K. Matvejeva is a member of ACAMS association, and regularly participates in conferences focusing on prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing.

In September 2017, Kristina Matvejeva was invited to join the Board of AS PrivatBank.
