Lottery provisions

1. General provisions:
1.1. Name, registered number and legal address of the Service provider:
AS PrivatBank, unified reg. No. 50003086271, Muitas street 1, Riga, LV-1134, Latvia.
1.2. Lottery territory: Republic of Latvia.
1.3. Lottery time:
1.3.1. The Lottery runs from 20:00 of 20 May 2019 to 17:30 of 20 June 2019;
1.3.2. In the Lottery participates Consumer loan contracts, concluded in the period of time from 9:00 of 20 May 2019 till 17:00 of 17 June 2019;
1.3.3. Lottery’s prize draw:
1.3.3.1. The main prize draw will take place on 17 June 2019, at 17:30;
1.3.3.2. The announcement of the lottery winners will take place on 20 June 2019 at 17:30;
1.3.3.3. Lottery prizes will be issued until 17 July 2019 at 17:00.

2. Prize fund
2.1. Lottery’s prize fund consists of 2 (two) prizes – travel vouchers from a travel agency AS “Alida Tūrs” (reg. No. 40003285204) 500.00 EUR (five hundred euro) in value with a validity of up to 17 June 2020 (including).
2.2. Overall Lottery’s prize fund value is 1000.00 EUR (one thousand euro).

3. Projected number of participants:
3.1. The estimated total number of lottery participants is 100 (one hundred), of which 2 (two) winners will be drawn.

4. Lottery conduct procedure and participation conditions
4.1. In the Lottery will participate:
4.1.1. Existing and potential Customers of the Service provider – natural persons who meet the following conditions:
4.1.1.1. the Customer’s consent to participation in the lottery and data processing for the identification of the winners was received;
4.1.1.2. from 20 May 2019 until 17 June 2019 at 17:00 (including) has been concluded a CONSUMER LOAN CONTRACT.
4.2. Employees of the Service provider (AS “PrivatBank”) and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in the Lottery. In the event of termination of employment during the lottery with the aforementioned employers, the persons concerned shall be entitled to become Lottery members and to participate in the Lottery in accordance with these Provisions.
4.3. The CONSUMER LOAN arrangement conditions can be found on the website of the Service provider (AS “PrivatBank”) www.privatbank.lv or in any of its branches.
4.4. If the Lottery participant does not wish to participate in the lottery, he/she has the opportunity to refuse from participation by notifying the Service provider by submitting a written notice at Muitas Street 1, Riga, LV-1134, or by sending a refusal to participate in the remote account management system (Internet bank) and/or by email welcome@privatbank.lv and/or by calling the toll-free telephone number 80001515 (in this case the Customer will be authenticated in accordance with the Service provider’s provisions on Customer Authentication).
4.5. Lottery participant expenses related to participation in the Lottery:
4.5.1. lottery expenses are not intended.

5. Lottery winners determination procedure
5.1. Lottery prize winners will be determined in 1 (one) draw by drawing two prizes.
5.2. The draw will take place on 17 June 2019 at 17:30 at AS “PrivatBank”, Muitas Street 1, Riga. The service provider established commission composed of 3 employees, hereinafter – the Commission, using lottery software “Random.org” will choose two winners from Lottery members.
5.3. The Lottery process will be minuted. The Commission in the minutes will indicate winner’s name, surname, base number, CONSUMER LOAN CONTRACT’S date and number.
5.4. In addition in the draw, in accordance with the Clause 5.2 and 5.3 of the Provisions, 2 (two) reserve winners will be determined, who’s information will not be published. Reserve winners qualify for the prize if it is established that the winners of the lottery prize are the persons referred to in Clause 4.2 and/or the Lottery participant will refuse from the prize and/or will not receive the prize within the term specified in the Provisions. Information regarding winners of the lottery will be published on the website of AS “PrivatBank” www.privatbank.lv and on the Facebook page of AS “PrivatBank” within 3 (three) business days after the draw, i.e. until 20 June 2019, indicating winner’s base number and CONSUMER LOAN CONTRACT’S date and number. The Service provider’s representative will personally contact the winners within 3 (three) business days after the draw.

6. Obtaining the prize
6.1. Lottery participant who will have won the prize specified within Clause 2.1 of the Provisions will be eligible to receive it till 17 July 2019 18:00, upon arriving personally or authorizing another person in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory enactments, in the building of the Service provider (AS “PrivatBank”) at Muitas Street 1, Riga, presenting a personal identification document (passport or ID card) and/or power of attorney and signing the delivery and acceptance certificate where the name, surname, personal identity number, the declared place of residence and the name and value of the prize must be indicated.
6.2. Receiving the prize can result in additional costs:
6.2.1. payment for travel expenses to receive the prize;
6.2.2. other expenses depending on the individual situation of the Lottery participant;
6.2.3. The Service provider does not compensate the winner for any expenses that may incur to receive the prize.
6.3. All tax payments related to the winning are covered by the Service Provider.
6.4. If the person who will have won the prize specified within Clause 2.1 of the Provisions will refuse from it and/or will not receive it within the term specified within Clause 6.1 of the Provisions and/or it will be established that the winner of the lottery prize is the person referred to in Clause 4.2 of the Provisions, the Service provider is entitled to cancel the prize and award it to the reserved winning person (Clause 5.4 of the Provisions), in accordance with the procedure specified in the Provisions.

7. Where a lottery participant can submit their claim, the procedure and the time period within which the claims are dealt with
7.1. The Lottery participant has the right to express a complaint against the Lottery until 17 September 2019, by submitting a written claim to the Service provider at Muitas Street 1, Riga, LV-1134, or via Internet bank, stating the objections, their justification and attaching supporting documents referred to in the claim. The Service provider will consider the claim and respond to the Lottery participant within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the claim.

8. Personal data processing
8.1. In order to support the Lottery, AS “PrivatBank” will process the following personal data: Information on Consumer loan contracts will be processed for the purpose of identifying persons qualifying for the Lottery, as well as ensuring the execution of the lottery in accordance with these Provisions.

9. Final terms
9.1. Approved by the Lotteries and Gambling Supervision Inspection Lottery provisions are published on the website of AS “PrivatBank” www.privatbank.lv
