Due to technical problems on the part of communication service provider, on 14 November 2019, disruptions are possible in operation of the PrivatBank phone network.
The Bank operates as usual, providing a full range of services in eleven branches of the Bank, as well as on the Internet bank and on the Bank website.
In case you need to contact the Bank in an urgent manner, please use other means of communication:

- an opportunity to send a message to the Bank through internet-bank,
- or by using the “chat” option on the Bank website.
