Starting as from 02.01.2020 PrivatBank’s new hotline number will be 8515
Continuing the banking system upgrade, PrivatBank will maintain to provide phone consultation and customer service with new phone number 8515 starting as from 02.01.2020. Contact center specialists will be happy to respond to customer calls in the usual time – on weekdays from 9:00 till 19:00 and on Saturdays and public holidays from 9:00 till 17:00 Latvian time (GMT +3).
The cost of the call when contacting PrivatBank will depend on the rates set by your telephone provider.
From 02.01.2020 the current hotline number will be disconnected. One month after the introduction of the new hotline number 8515, customers calling previous hotline number will receive an announcement regarding the new number.
We kindly remind that by calling the Bank’s hotline customers can quickly receive help and answers to relevant financial matters. On average, the Bank’s hotline receives more than 3500 incoming calls per month, also customer actively contact the Bank using the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and the chat widget on the Bank’s website privatbank.lv.
